In the vast tapestry of human experience, each thread is unique, each story distinct. We all carry our own burdens, our own unresolved conflicts, and it is these unresolved issues that can cast a shadow over our lives. I acknowledge the uniqueness of your experiences and perspectives. Every step you take towards healing is a conscious decision to take control of your life. With compassion, understanding, and the power of breathwork, I’m here to support you on your journey towards wholeness and well-being.
I specialize in treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, behavioral disorders and stress-related disorders. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the human experience and the unique challenges each individual faces. I believe that unresolved issues and conflicts can significantly impact one’s quality of life. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to process their experiences and work towards healing and well-being.
Breathwork is a central component of my practice. This ancient, yoga-based technique involves controlled breathing patterns to positively impact the central nervous system and counteract the body’s stress response. Chronic stress often leads to shallow, rapid breathing, triggering the body’s “fight or fight” response and limiting oxygen intake. Conscious, slow, deep breathing signals to the brain that it’s safe to relax, reducing stress hormones and allowing the body to function optimally. The style of breathwork I practice are Niyantrit Shwas, Samvritti Pranayama, Pratilom Pranayama, Anulom (rising) Vilom (descending), Anulom Patilom, Kapal Bhati, and Transformational Breathwork. All practices involves lying down or sitting comfortably, with eyes closed, and focusing on the breath. I guide my clients through specific breathing patterns, such as rapid breathing followed by holds, and slow breathing. This process allows individuals to access the subconscious mind, release emotional blockages, and promote deep relaxation and healing.
Guided breathwork with Elmase provides a safe container for Self-expression, emotional release and integration. During these profoundly transformative sessions, you will gain new insights, Self-awareness and a deeper connection with your breath, body and Soul. You will embark on a journey into the depths of your being, accessing parts of yourself that may have been hidden or suppressed. Through conscious breathing, you will tap into your subconscious mind, allowing for the release of emotional blockages and unresolved traumas.
As you integrate these releases, you will experience greater wholeness and alignment with your true nature and gain clarity and insights into your life’s purpose and path forward. With each session, you will cultivate a deeper connection with your breath, understanding its power to shape your state of being. Most profoundly, you will connect with your soul and experiencing a sense of oneness and divinity. These sessions are not just healing, they are an embodiment of your highest potential. They are a remembrance of the wisdom that lives within you, guiding you towards the freedom and fulfillment you seek.
